At Mutts About Training, we believe that dog training can be a rewarding experience for both dogs and their owners.Our Group Obedience Training classes provide the perfect environment for your dog to learn essential obedience skills while socialising with other dogs.These sessions offer a fun, structured approach to training, helping your dog master commands in a group setting while learning to listen even with distractions
Our structured syllabus progresses through different levels, ensuring your dog develops the necessary skills to become a well-behaved companion.
Here’s an overview of what’s covered at each stage:
Level 1 Intro
Perfect for puppies and beginners. This level covers foundational skills like socialisation, sit, down, recall, and loose-lead walking.
Level 2 Building Reliability
We build on the basics by introducing distance, duration, and low-level distractions to help your dog stay focused even when there’s more going on.
Level 3 Intermediate Obedience
This level increases the challenges with longer distances and medium distractions. Commands like heel and recall are reinforced, ensuring consistency.
Level 4 Advanced Training
For dogs ready for more, this level focuses on advanced obedience under high distractions, helping you gain control in any situation.
Fees
$30 per session for ongoing clients
$35 per session for casual attendees
Pay weekly or upront for the full term
Pay online or by card at reception
Classes run on weekday afternoons.
